Live Costco Gas Prices Across Canada

Costco is consistently one of the cheapest places to fuel up in Canada, routinely pricing regular gas and diesel below nearby stations. The reason is the same model Costco uses everywhere: fuel is a loss-leader run on thin margins to draw members in, and the warehouse's volume lets it negotiate hard with suppliers. The gas stations are members-only and usually open earlier and close later than the warehouse itself.

You need a Costco membership. The pump reads your membership card before it will dispense, so fuel is members-only. The exception is a physical Costco Shop Card, which lets non-members fuel up — digital Shop Cards aren't accepted at the pump.

It's Mastercard, not Visa. Canada is the mirror image of the U.S.: you can pay with Mastercard, debit (including Visa Debit), a physical Shop Card, or Apple Pay and Google Pay linked to a Mastercard or debit card — but Visa and American Express credit cards are turned away, and there's no cash at the pump. The fuel is Top Tier. A low price doesn't mean lower quality. Like in the U.S., Costco's gas is Top Tier certified — it carries more engine-cleaning detergent than the regulatory minimum, the standard major automakers recommend. Most warehouses sell regular and premium; diesel is available at a subset of locations, noted on each station page.
